Having recruited some of the smartest minds in the aviation industry, XTI applied proven ducted-fan technology to the Trifan design to create a commercial vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft.
XTI Aircraft Company is in the preliminary engineering phase to create a six-seat jet that takes off and lands vertically. The Trifan 600 will use three top-surface fans to get off the launch pad, and fly like a regular jet plane once in the air, eliminating the need for airports and saving hours of travel time. Having recruited some of the smartest minds in the aviation industry, XTI applied proven ducted-fan technology to the Trifan design to create a practical vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) aircraft for commercial use.
