High-flex silicone flat cables
Rated for Class 1 Clean Room use, high-flex silicone flat cables are halogen- free, do not shed surface particulates, and are water and chemical resistant. The cables can incorporate a variety of elements, including power conductors, shielded signal pairs, video and coax conductors, tubing for air or fluid transfer, as well as the company’s Strip Mount fastening strip, into a single compact cable design.
Silicone encapsulation provides a solid, one-piece construction for a highly durable cable package that will not break, deform, or wear over a 10 million+ cycle lifetime.
The silicone-extruded cables are impervious to water, steam, UV light, and most chemicals. They are also suitable for vacuum environments.
