SHOELOK hardened steel, mechanical lock retaining nuts adjust, preload, and secure bearings and other components to shafts and spindles of power assemblies.

Features & benefits

  • Centerline alignment; develops peripherally when setscrews (turned with hex drive wrench) force shoes into deep thread contact

  • Sufficient radial clearance needed to turn set screws; useful in heavily loaded applications where shock and vibration are present

  • Metric series made with ISO metric threads with stringent tolerances; IDs from 23.8 to 232.7 mm; holds axial loads from 95 to 2,231 kN
