iPOS intelligent servo drives boost power density on very compact boards.

Features & benefits

  • iPOS3602 (36 V, 2 A, 75 W) includes motion control and drive on 21 × 54 mm of PCB space; integrates all motor, motion, and PLC controls on plug-in module

  • CAN/CANopen interfaces (EtherCAT optional) allow control of rotary or linear brushless, dc brush, or step motors; programmer in Technosoft Motion Language (TML), or intelligent EtherCAT and CANopen slave operation

  • Works as single-axis controller and drive in standalone mode; in systems requesting a host, operates as an intelligent slave executing motion sequences triggered by input lines or commands received via RS-232 or CAN bus

  • Position or speed profiles (trapezoidal, S-curve); 3rd order PVT and 1st order PT interpolation; electronic gearing and camming
