Epoxy System Withstands Temps up to 250°F

March 6, 2015

EP90FR-V two-part epoxy system, targeted at aviation applications, is flame resistant under the FAR standard 14 CFR 25.853(a) for flame retardation. It can also withstand temperatures between –60 to +250°F. The one-to-one mix ratio epoxy has a high physical strength profile and bonds well to metals, composites, glass, ceramic, and many plastics. It has a moderate viscosity of 20,000-40,000 cps, and can be packaged in guns, FlexiPaks, and premixed or frozen syringes.
