Master Bond’s MB250NT is a single-component ethyl cyanoacrylate that cures rapidly, depending on the atmospheric humidity (the higher the level, the faster the rate of the cure). There is no mixing or heating required for curing and since it usually occurs quickly, only minimal contact pressure is required for bonding. MB250NT will typically set between 10-40 seconds and has a low viscosity of 100-100 cps. It features high tensile laps shear strength values, allowing it to bond to a variety of substrates including metals, composites, and most plastics and rubbers. The service temperature range is -60° to 250°F and has a shelf life of about 6 months in its original, unopened container. It also meets ISO 10993-5 specifications.
