DeviceNet Valve Bus Box Kit

The DeviceNet Valve Bus Box kit from Festo Corp., Hauppage, N.Y., is for pneumatic applications that have a single valve and a DeviceNet network. Two electronic pnp sensors can be connected to close the control loop. A wide range of valves are available including single and double solenoid. The kit is hardware configurable and is said to install easily. Features include a single connector for two inputs, electronic protection for short-circuit and overload conditions, and diagnostic bits for low or missing input.
