The HB 220 Hot Melt Glue applicator features a mechanical-stroke limitation mechanism that controls the amount of adhesive applied.

The gun operates from 284 to 428°F with a fast heat-up time. Additional features include high melting capacity, trigger adjustment that conforms grip to users hand, limited fatigue associated with extended trigger handling, and an integrated on/off safety switch. The 20-oz applicator operates on 220 W, uses electronic temperature controls with thermometer, accepts a 10-in. glue stick, and comes with an extra nozzle and case.
