    High-energy TPC power capacitors are for filtering, protection, switching, and discharge in applications such as cardiac defibrillators. The capacitors use a range of dielectric and electrode materials, as well as impregnation and packaging technologies. Capacitance is up to 12,000 µf with a maximum voltage of 36 kV.
