With the EM Series from Lascar Electronics Inc., Palo Alto, Calif., any user equipped with a drill can install a digital meter in less than 1 min. Five LCD modules are fitted with a threaded stud that mounts through a 7 /32-in. hole. Each module is 1.71 X 0.84 in., has a low-profile finish of 0.22 in., and includes an integral satin-silver carrier. Features include a 3.5-digit voltmeter, two-wire voltmeter, thermometer, hour meter, and analog-style gage suitable for retrofit applications and short production runs.
