New Product: Ball-Screw Stage

March 6, 2008
The ATS165 linear stage achieves 0.5-?m resolution with a 5-mm/ rev ball screw.

The stage can travel 600 mm at up to 300 mm/sec. A hard-coated aluminum cover and vertically oriented seals protect the stage and bearing surfaces from debris. The unit includes a NEMA-23 motor flange-mounting interface. A brushless rotary motor is optional. Other options include English and metric bolt-pattern tabletops, a stage-mounted brake, and a foldback kit for use in small spaces.
