Charge Valve with Gear Pump

June 5, 2008
An integrated accumulator charge valve and gear-pump package reduces plumbing and mounting hardware typically needed, resulting in less-complex, moredurable, and efficient systems.

The product is for vehicles that use full-power hydraulic brakes and require power-off braking by storing energy in accumulators. The package includes a Haldex gear pump that’s known for its simple, durable design and operates at >90% efficiency across pressure and speed ranges. The unit comes with single or dual accumulator ports with four charging rates between 0.5 and 5 gpm. The unit displaces up to 1.4 cu in. at pressures to 3,000 psi.
