    The TK89C668 MCU is a pin-for-pin, code and timing-compatible drop in replacement for the P89C668.

    The 44-pin 8051-type microcontroller features the TWI serial interface, 64 kbytes of Flash, 8 kbytes of RAM, a watchdog timer, security features, all extended 8051 peripherals, and a choice of a 6 or 12 clock with classic timing.
