Long-lasting glue valve

The Next Level Technology filtered valve from GoPro Inc., Hendersonville, Tenn.

The Next Level Technology filtered valve from GoPro Inc., Hendersonville, Tenn. (goproinc.com), dispenses hot-melt glues or adhesives and lasts up to three times the life of conventional glue valves. An internal stainless-steel filter prevents glue from plugging the valve. The floating valve stem reduces friction, which means the seal will last longer. And the adhesive seal cartridge is easily removed and replaced. The nozzle features an anticling barrel that minimizes the volume of the adhesive cavity. The nozzle also has a precision-drilled orifice that places beads with an accuracy of ±4° of centerline, compared to the ±19° accuracy of most other glue valves and guns. The valves come with standard mountings and porting patterns, so they can be used as drop-in replacements for most dispensing heads or guns
