Epoxy adhesives

Oct. 25, 2007
Bondmaster structural adhesives include one-part heat-cure epoxies and two-part catalytic epoxies formulated for high-performance applications.

Bondmaster one-part epoxies operate at temperatures from –65 to 450°F and exhibit shear strengths to 5,000 psi. The epoxies are easy to handle, dispense, and clean up. They don’t cure until heat is applied and fill gaps up to 0.16 in.

Bondmaster two-part epoxies can be used in a wide range of viscosities, from flowable to pastelike, and have faster application speeds. The adhesive’s gap-fill range is 0.25 in. and it cures at room temperature without an external heat source.
