The Advanced Bearing Analysis Kit handles machine-vibration condition monitoring, analysis of multiple oil parameters, and on-site maintenance assessment and decisions. A machine-condition advisor measures machine vibration signals and temperature, while a test cell supplies accurate results for water-in-oil and total base-number tests that detect damaging water in lubricants and an oil’s ability to neutralize acids from combustion, respectively.

The kit also contains a Viscostick Go/No-go gage for SAE-30 to 40 engine oil and an insolubles test for diesel-engine combustion products such as fuel ash, carbon, partially oxidized fuel, and spent lubrication additive. The kit comes in a heavy-duty aluminum case.
