Cable Carrier for Circular Movements

The TwisterBand TB30 compact cable-carrier system turns through 3,000° in minimal space

The TwisterBand TB30 compact cable-carrier system turns through 3,000° in minimal space. The system guides energy, data, and media with little wear. At high rotating speeds, the carrier stays close to the axis.

The smooth-running carrier is designed for 1½ complete rotations, coupled with high dynamics. The system depends only on the belt length or design height in the axis of rotation. Smaller masses mean much lower centrifugal forces and possible rotary speeds up to 720°/sec. Its small size makes it safe for use in horizontal or vertical positions.

The unit’s injection-molded chain has easy access links, allowing users to simply press in cables and hoses through split openings.
