Series 45 connector accepts RJ45 inserts for Ethernet communication. The RoHS-compliant connectors are said to have rugged shells, housings and receptacles, and an IP67 sealing rating. They work with Category 5 and 5e cable. The connectors feature positive-lock couplings and protective caps that cover the receptacles when not in use. Pass-through assemblies, field-installable receptacles, and unshielded product options are also available.
