Color And High-Resolution Vision Sensing

Jan. 6, 2005
The In-Sight 5400C and 5401 are self-contained, industrial-grade vision sensors that meet IEC shock and vibration specifications.

The housings on both sensors have an IP67 (NEMA-6) rating for dust and wash-down protection without the need for a separate industrial enclosure. The Insight 5400C color-vision sensor performs a wide range of color-inspection tasks. The 5401 is a high-resolution (1,024 768) version of the 5100 for high-accuracy gauging applications of small objects or capturing details on larger parts. Both sensors ship with the In-Sight Explorer vision-software toolkit for application development. PatMax software is optionally available.
