New Product: Pneumatic Manifolds

April 24, 2008
The 410M Series manifolds accommodate the company’s standard 310/410 Series in-line pneumatic valves.

This permits mounting both three and four-way valves on the same manifold. The manifolds come in 2, 4, 6, 8, or 12-station lengths and contain two galleys — one is the common media supply port and the other a common vent/exhaust port. Isolator plugs permit galley isolation for the separation of pressure, media, and exhaust.

Additional features include manifold station block-off plates, a separate air-supply plate, a separate 12-station control board, and a continuous-duty coil with power consumption of 4 W in ac and dc voltages.

The 310 Series valves have a 0.12 CV; the 410 Series valves have a 0.14 CV, and both are rated for air and inert gas from vacuum at 28-in. Hg to 125 psig.
