Power transformers

July 7, 2005
Board-mounted, split-bobbin, high-isolation power transformers come in open-frame (PSB Series) and shrouded (PVD Series) configurations.

The PSB Series is available in six power ratings from 1.1 to 36 VA with either single primary (115 V) or dual primaries for 115/230, 50/50-Hz inputs and output voltages from 5 to 120 V. The Series is hi-pot rated at 2,3 kVrms from primary to secondary and from windings to core.

The PVD Series comes in six power ratings from 2.5 to 56 VA for 115/230, 50/50-Hz inputs and output voltages from 5 to 36 V. The Series isolation rating is 4 kVrms and its insulation is rated at 130°C.
