New Products: Pneumatic cylinders

Jan. 10, 2008
Series ICL CleanLine pneumatic cylinder are designed for medium-duty dust-off or light wash-down applications.

The unit’s Ideal Cushioning design permits fine-tuning of cushions to maximize speed, reduce cycle times and vibration, and extend life. Adjustable cushions and noise reducing bumpers on both ends are standard, and Viton seals are available for high temperature environments. The cylinders have hard anodized-aluminum surfaces with stainless-steel screws and piston rods. The cylinder’s standard magnetic-piston design eases installation of microsensors on an integrated external rail, with no grooves to collect particles. Available bore sizes are 32 to 125 mm.
