New Product: Ultraclear SL Resin

April 24, 2008
WaterClear Ultra is reportedly the clearest stereolithography (SL) resin available.

Colorimeter tests that measure the amount of color and light able to pass through plastics showed the SL resin was as transparent as high-clarity acrylic and polycarbonate sheet. The resin’s clarity is also on par with that of milled acrylic in both thin and thick sections. In the event secondary finishing is needed, the SL resin sands easily and can be clear coated.
