As dispensed, the material is ultraconforming and ideal for filling intricate air voids and gaps. When cured, the form-in-place elastomer is dry to the touch and will not pump out from the interface. It features good thermal performance (1.8 W/m-K) and high slump resistance. The material is reportedly ideal for thermally conductive vibration dampening in applications that include automotive electronics, computers and peripherals, telecommunications, and placement between any heat-generating semiconductor and heat sink.
