Product Spotlight: Connectors for Photovoltaics

Nov. 7, 2008
The Micro Solarlok interconnection system consists of a miniature, low-profile junction box with integral leads for emerging space-efficient thin-film and roof-shingle photovoltaic applications.

The 9.3-mm space-saving junction box comes with or without a built-in diode, is overmolded, and is customizable.

The assemblies can be produced with photovoltaic cables in 14 to 10-awg conductor sizes or 2.5 to 6-mm2 for TV. Maximum current rating is 10 A.
