New Product: Cylinder position sensors

Nov. 21, 2007
BIMUNT universal magneticfield sensors detect piston position on standard pneumatic cylinders.

The BIMUNT is highly immune to EMC and polarity protected, with reliable switching points and fast response. The device uses magnetoresistive technology that reportedly improves performance over traditional cylinder position sensors. In addition, the sensing face is in the front of the sensor to aid in detecting short-stroke cylinders. A quick-mount tab helps seat the sensor in a cylinder groove, and the sensors install in T-groove, dovetail, and tie-rod pneumatic cylinders. Accessories include precision mountings and wire-strain-relief products.
