MasterSil 800, a single-component silicone elastomer, withstands temperatures up to 572°F (300°C). It is free flowing and self-levels to fill minute crevices and voids. It has a tack-free time of approximately 20 min and cures at room temperature with deposition of up to 0.25-in. thickness. The silicone adheres to metals, ceramics, woods, rubbers, and plastics without primers, has a six-month shelf life, and comes in pint, gallon, and 5-gallon containers.
