Feb. 21, 2008
FiberExpress Secure/Keyed LC now includes preterminated MPO-keyed LC fiber and keystone modules.

These components meet stringent network security requirements, according to the company. Networking equipment runs applications at 1 Gigabyte/sec and over. Different divisions in a company or different tenants can be physically segregated and different levels of security can be assigned to individuals. The line includes FiberExpress LC duplex adapter modules in MDVO and keystone styles, LC patch cords and pigtails, LC adapter strips, LC FiberExpress manager modules and LC optimax connectors. They are available in 12 colors. The components are tamper resistant. All modules are keyed on the front and back to prevent installation errors and security breaches. All components exceed industry standards for SFF connectors and comply with the Focis 10 standard.
