Diode Arrays Are ROHS Compliant

March 9, 2006
The D Series of signal-diode arrays come in 4 to 14-pin single-in-line packages (SIPs) available in multiple styles and five different circuit types including bused, isolated, and series configurations.

The arrays have a VREV of 80 V and an IF of 100 mA in both common-anode and common-cathode versions. Custom arrays are available on request.
