Pressure Gages for Hotspots

June 2, 2005
The PG-3000 digital pressure gaue is CSA Class 1, Div. 1 approved for use in hazardous locations.

Pressure ranges are available from vacuum to 500 psi and 0 to 10,000 psi. The gage is powered by two lithium battery cells and is protected by a NEMA-4X enclosure with an LCD. A light-actuated circuit turns the unit off in darkness, thereby extending battery life. The gage resists the effects of pulsating. Its 1/2-14-NPTM fitting is fabricated from a single block of 316L SS. This single-block sensor provides excellent burst and overpressure characteristics and withstands significant vibrations and shock. Additional options include 4 to 20-mA output (loop powered), ±0.1% full-scale accuracy with NIST certification on selected ranges, approved breather fittings for humid locations, and a shield to block direct sunlight.
