Simulate complex system dynamics

Oct. 20, 2005
LMS Virtual.Lab Motion Rev 5 features new technologies to simulate system dynamics of timing chains, belts, tracked vehicles, and complex production machines.

The Auto-Recursive Solver in LMS Virtual.Lab Motion Rev 5 is simulating the dynamics of an engine valve train.

The Auto-Recursive Solver exploits a topology in which repeated bodies are connected by constraints, letting it solve acceleration terms more efficiently as compared to traditional motion solvers based on Cartesian equations. This results in small, efficient simulation models.
