Key Selector Switch

The switch activates a dedicated, keysensing contact block that signals alarms or annunciators and detects when a machine operator overrides the interlock. Signals are sent to a centralized control and monitoring system that indicates what machine is being worked on and for how long. The switch prevents key retention in momentary positions by ejecting the key unless it's physically held in position. This requires the operator to keep one hand on the key at all times, ensuring proper use of monitoring.
