Miniature Brush And Brushless Gearmotors

Feb. 22, 2007
These 16-mm miniature brush and brushless gearmotors come with resin, metal, or spur gears.

The HG16XX-AA resin-gear brushed motors have gear ratios of 30, 60, 120, and 240:1 with shaft speeds from 310 to 55 rpm and torque values from 3.45 to 6.94 oz-in. The metal-gear motors come in brushed (MG16-XXX_AB) and brushless (LB16MG-XXX-CA and CB) models with gear ratios of 60, 120, 240, 300, and 500:1 for shaft speeds from 164 to 21 rpm and torque values from 4.8 to 27.8 oz-in. The spur gear motors have gear ratios of 30, 60, 120, and 240:1 for the brushless (HG16-XXX_AA and AB) motors and 50 and 120.9:1 for the brushed (LA16G-324XX) motors. Rated spur gear torque falls from 3.47 to 6.94 oz-in. with rated shaft speeds from 310 to 55 rpm.
