Chip Inductors

May 5, 2005
The PM0402T and PM0603T chip inductors provide extremely tight inductance tolerance with stable performance where allowable deviation is critical.

These miniature devices (1.0 X 0.5 X 0.35 mm for PM0402T; 1.6 X 0.8 X 0.45 mm for PM0603T) are suitable for space-conscious applications requiring high-frequency, high-density circuitry such as cell phones; Bluetooth, LAN and WAN wireless systems; and high-frequency circuits. Performance characteristics include: inductance ranges from 1.0 to 68 mH; high Q value up to 17 @ 300 MHz; operating temperature range of 55 to 125°C; high self-resonant frequency to 6 GHz minimum; and a dc current range of 70 to 800 mA.
