Directional Control Valve

June 7, 2007
New MDG mobile directional-control valve features a closed-center parallel or series circuit that also functions as an open-center circuit with an optional unloading inlet.

The modular, sectional design lets users create custom, multifunction circuits with various inlet and work-port options. The valve, based on the Vickers DG4V3 design, has a rated inlet flow of 60 lpm for on/off actuation and 20 lpm for proportional actuation. Rated pressure is 350 bar (inlet) and 210 bar (tank). Typical applications include on/off control for engaging and positioning multiple auxiliary mobile functions.
