The AquaPruf family of sanitary conveyors feature metal-free zones with metal detectors that let food manufacturers scan products for metal during processing or packaging. Operators have four rejection system options: conveyor stop-on-detection, air blast, pusher reject, and retracting tails. A lockable rejection bin for discarded products is available. Control features include communication with information-management systems, network modules for centralized information, real-time line data availability, full-feature VFD control, and waterproof digital display and keypad controls. The conveyor can be disassembled for cleaning by one person in 30 sec.
