The Liquid Level Is Right Here

Nov. 3, 2005
Levelprox is a noninvasive ultrasonic sensor that provides point-level detection of liquids through metal container walls.

The sensors mount to the outside of containers and use a simple teach button to program empty and full conditions for detecting liquids through metal containers. The sensors generate a high-frequency ultrasonic pulse that goes through the container wall. The T50 sensor has a 316L stainless-steel housing with a sanitary connection. The M30 housing is a standard 30-mm barrel that mounts using a welding adapter or a metal strap kit.
