Aerospace Solid-Wall Inserts And Studs

Nov. 9, 2006
Solid-wall staked inserts and studs, swaged inserts, ring-lock inserts, studs, rings, and floating inserts all are suited for aerospace applications.

Integral locking stakes driven into parent materials mechanically lock the inserts in place to resist torque-out and pullout. All are available in a wide range of sizes, materials, and configurations, and install with hand tools.

The inserts and studs are made to MS, AS, MIL, NAS, NASM, EN, and NSA Standards or specific customer requirements. SPS staked studs are lightweight and withstand high temperatures and loads.
