New Product: Spring-Applied Brakes

April 24, 2008
The FNB Series of spring-applied brakes has few internal components resulting in reduced overall length.

The brakes do not come with a hub so users can design and customize their own hubs. The brakes’ special friction material and highefficiency flux path permit 10 to 70 lb-in. of torque in a 3 to 4.5-in. diameter. The unit’s single-face engagement and disengagement permits quick torque buildup and release.
