Custom Rubber Shapes Without The Mold

June 22, 2006
The Moldless System creates custom rubber shapes from natural rubber, nitrile/Buna-N, and neoprene, as well as EPT, EPDM, fluoro/Viton, SBR, silicone, and urethanes.

Single prototypes and short production runs are produced quickly without the costs of building conventional molds. Typical parts include shock absorbers, nonskid rugs, buffers for joints, and seals for both air and oil.
