They remain locked until manually disengaged by pressing a lever before opening. The safety lock prevents the clamp from accidentally opening when the handle is bumped. They are available in four sizes, from 700 to 7,500-lb holding capacity. They all have threaded U-bolts for adjustability and a matching latch plate.
