Flanged linear ball bushings now come in a self-lubricating version said to reduce the need for maintenance and extend life.

Flanges may be round, square, or compact with predrilled mounting holes. Users can choose from 52100 bearing steel, with or without nickel plating, and 440C stainless steel. Other options include low-dust versions for clean-room applications and sealless versions. Operating temperatures from –4 to 248°F are tolerated depending on material of construction.
