Small 8-Bit MCU For Fan Motors

Targeted for small appliance and dc fan applications, the MC9SO8QD4 is an 8-bit MCU that includes a four-channel, 10-bit adc and automatic compare function.

The device also includes an internal clock source module with a frequency-locked loop controlled by either an internal or external reference. The device uses the MCS08 CPU running at 16 MHz and comes with 256-bytes RAM, dual 16-bit on-chip timers, and a single-wire background debug interface. The IC consists of an eight-pin PDIP or eight-pin narrow-body SOIC packaging.
