    Internal Gear Pump

    June 7, 2007
New PGH Series 3X internal gear pumps feature a significant increase in power over previous versions.

Nominal pressure rating is 315 bar, and 350 bar in intermittent operation. Speed range for all sizes is up to3,000 rpm. The new pumps cover power classes previously reserved for larger pumps. At lower speeds, to 200 rpm, the Series 3X is suitable for pressure-holding functions and closed-loop position control. The PGH comes in two frame sizes ranging from 20 to 250 ccm. A standard test port simplifies bleeding during commissioning and the pump interfaces with condition-monitoring systems. It is designed for variable-speed drives in stationary and mobile applications. Users can combine this universal pump with axial piston, vane, radial piston, and gear pumps.
