New Products: Next-Generation Vision System

Aug. 21, 2008
The next-generation In-Sight Micro vision system is the size of a remotehead camera and mounts in very tight spaces on robots, production lines, and machinery.

A nonlinear calibration tool permits mounting at angles up to 45° for hard-toreach applications. The system also includes EasyBuilder configuration software, smart VisionView operator interface display, and a vision-tool library. Five models are available in a range of price, performance, and resolution levels, including a 2-megapixel model.

The EasyBuilder configuration software permits easy setup and deployment. A simple point-and-click approach helps users set up a vision application, step by step, and eliminates the need for programming.

The VisionView 700 operator interface panel lets users monitor production processes without a PC. The interface automatically detects a vision system on the network and simultaneously displays information from up to nine vision systems in a tiled view.
