Automatic air valves

Dec. 8, 2005
Auto-AirT, an automatic air valve, switches on and off during air-gaging applications and nongaging time.

An optional Auto-Air package for use on column and CAGT amplifiers reportedly saves energy. The system senses pressure build-up while an air tool is being used and switches airflow from minimal "cost-savings" mode back to normal. The regulated air pressure stays on for a predetermined time after the tool is removed from the part or master gage.
