Portable IR Heater

Nov. 3, 2005
The HL2 handheld IR heater uses two high-intensity 500-W quartz heat lamps for instant radiant heat.

It produces surface temperatures of 680°F (360°C) within 2 min. There are two heat ranges, low with one lamp on and high with both lamps on. Heat is controllable by a variable power controller. A highly polished reflector increases the efficiency of the unit by reflecting heat toward the workplace.
