Subminiature Couplings

July 13, 2006
The IdentiQuik subminiature SMC coupling includes RFID technology for a reliable alternative to luer-type connectors.

The coupling halves automatically exchange product data before the final connection is made. This lets equipment electronically identify the device type or connected media and its characteristics. The connections can handle critical small air or fluid lines in such applications as blood-pressure cuffs, surgical equipment, blood analyzers, tube sets, and analytical instrumentation.
