The material processes easily and has good chemical, thermal, and mechanical properties. Large-part applications include tanks for water expansion, hydraulic oil, fuel, and solvents as well as automotive body panels. The material can also serve in acoustic insulation panels and housings. Two grades are currently available. Technyl RTM C207L is a heat and light-stabilized, natural PA6 grade and Technyl RTM C207 is a heat-stabilized black PA6. Additional grades based on PA66 and PA6 are under development.
