The high-voltage V•1 Chip Bus converter has a power density greater than 1,000 W/in.3 Designated B352F110T30, this bus-converter module (BCM) is a high-efficiency (>95%) Sine Amplitude Converter that operates from a 330 to 365-Vac primary bus to deliver an isolated l0.3 to 11.4-V secondary. This BCM measures 1.28 × 0.87 × 0.56 in. and is compatible with standard pick-and-place surface-mount machinery and assembly processes. The unit provides flexible thermal management through its low junction-to-case and junction-to-board thermal resistance. In typical applications, the BCM may not require a heat sink due to its high conversion efficiency and safe operating temperature range.
